Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Proxshoes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • To start a return, please contact our customer support at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

  • For returns due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Gift cards

    • Personalized or custom-made products

    • Final sale or clearance items

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
